I have been teaching for 19 years. My first year in the school system I worked as an instructional aide to an Austistic child. So this will be my 21st year in the school system. I am married and have 2 grown sons. I have three grandchildren, 2 granddaughters and 1 grandson. I enjoy reading, gardening, sewing in my spare time and spending time with my grandchildren. I commute from Fleming County every day. Math has always been one of my favorite subjects. I hope to give that love of math to the students that I work with. I will be collaborating in Integrated Math and Transition Math in grades 9 through 12. I will be doing specially designed instruction for the special education students who need a little more instruction while in the classroom. I will pull out students during tests and if they need extra one-on-one instruction. There will be some modifications and/or accommodations for the students also. I look forward to working with the students in each of the classrooms. I am expecting great things to happen this year with our students!
